Showroom front desk manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive showroom front desk manager, to join our amazing team at One Home Limassol. To apply, please submit your CV at hr@millya-group.com
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Greet showroom customers, offer tea, coffee
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Answer basic customer inquiries. Refer more extensive inquiries to sales & design consultants
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate sales consultant that a customer is waiting, or introduce the customer to a sales & design consultant
• Maintain a professional appearance to reflect the high standards of showroom
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom to showcase our luxury products at their best
• Undertake any other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team
EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
• 2 years minimum in a similar position
• Warm, welcoming demeanor with a concierge mentality
• Excellent knowledge of English is a must, Greek and/or Russian will be considered a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiency in working in the premium segment is required
• Ability to navigate a space and furnish according to the design project
• Knowledge of luxury furniture to designer homeware brands
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and project programs will be considered advantageous
• Utilize your expertise in interior design and architecture to offer professional advice and suggestions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury home design and product offerings
• Collaborate with our in-house interior designers to provide comprehensive design solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom to showcase our luxury products at their best
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays to enhance the shopping experience
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, particularly within the luxury home furnishings or interior design industry, is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Proficiency in computer applications and point-of-sale systems is a plus

FIRST BOUTIQUE
Warehouse Assistant
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our amazing warehouse team at First Boutique in Limassol Del Mar. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. The primary role consists of dealing with the incoming & outgoing goods in the warehouse. If the below sounds like you, send your CV at hr@millya-group.com
Job Description:
• Receive goods by unpacking boxes and attaching price labels
• Ensure all new items are ironed, security and pricing tags are attached and ready for the shop
• Maintain shipping inventory and supplies
• Assist with fulfilment of online orders
• Organise and improve warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Assist with warehouse inventory controls, which typically involves using a hand-held scanner
• Other duties as required
Desired Characteristics:
• Preferably previous experience in a similar position
• Fluent in written and spoken English a must
• PC literate
